Our Complaints Procedure

The Traditional Verandah Company Ltd (TVC) always endeavours to provide top-drawer service.

Prior to considering making a complaint, if you have purchased a verandah from TVC, please ensure you have read its Terms & Conditions which were attached to your signed Order Form, along with the Maintenance Guide and Guarantee Certificate sent to you following completion of your installation.

If, after having taken into account the information provided in the three aforementioned documents, you still have any concerns then please send these in writing to:

In that communication please:

  • explain the problem
  • give as much information as you can
  • tell us what you would like to happen

The Managing Director will reply in writing or by telephone within 10 working days of receipt of your email.  If they cannot give a full response in this time, they will tell you what they are doing and when you can expect a full reply. This might happen if your complaint needs more detailed investigation.

By undergoing the above process, TVC would hope to resolve your complaint to your total satisfaction and in a timely manner.
